Our People

The Oxford Leadership Academy is a private UK company with wholly owned branches or joint venture partnerships in Sweden, Denmark, Hong Kong, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Australia.

We supplement our full time staff resources with accredited consultants (Fellows) who are trained and licensed in our leadership and strategic management programmes and methods. Oxford Leadership Academy has offices, Fellows and Affiliate firms in 23 countries covering all regions of the world.

Steering and Governance

The Board is responsible for the vision, strategy and governance of the Oxford Leadership Group throughout the world.
The Executive Committee is responsible for strategy execution and operational steering of programmes and services to clients worldwide.
Academy Staff are based in Innovation House, Mill Street, Oxford, OX2 0JX, United Kingdom, also in Sweden, Denmark, Hong Kong, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Australia.

Consultancy, Coaching and Training

Senior Fellows are the Academy’s highest level professional resources. They are high level consultants trained and accredited to deliver Academy programmes and Advisory services at ‘top team’ level.

Fellows are fully trained and accredited to deliver Oxford Leadership Academy programmes and Advisory services

Associate Fellows are trained and licensed to deliver selected Oxford Leadership Academy programmes
