Programme Structure The Leaders' Journey is a tremendously potent combination of the Oxford Leadership Academy’s successful Self Managing Leadership® formula with the Learning Journey approach developed by Future Firm of Holland. Programmes are facilitated action learning journeys set amidst spectacular natural landscapes around the world, far away from Blackberries, conference calls and meeting rooms.
Programme Objectives Participants, through a series of workshops and reflective enquiry sessions, will build a sense of community with their peers, reflect on the challenges they face in their personal and professional lives, and emerge with an action plan for overcoming personal and organisational barriers.
