Programme Structure The Oxford Leadership Youth Programme was developed in association with the Girl Scouts of America with the aim of giving young people the tools to excel as future leaders. Participants follow a youth version of Oxford Leadership Academy’s influential Self-Managing Leadership® Programme, and are guided through the SML™ model of workshops and individual reflective enquiry sessions towards clarifying the values and purpose that will prepare them for the next chapter in their lives. The programme includes a variety of trust-building activities, including indoor and outdoor games, journaling, talking to other participants and art.
